It was a thrilling night last Monday for Ian’s fans, as we got to meet his newest character, John Swift. John is assigned to assist the NCIS: Hawai’i team with their potentially rogue boss. John’s title is Supervisory Agent, from the Office of Special Projects. He’s an ex-CIA, ex-FBI, counter-intelligence agent. He’s obviously smart, commanding, and seems to be there to help. We really like this guy!
NCIS: Hawaii will conclude season two with a two-part episode that change the team forever.
The first half will air on Monday May 15 on CBS, and in the episode, the team will be faced with challenges they’ve never seen before as the discovery of a dead former MI6 agent uncovers secrets from Jane Tennant’s past and forces her to go to extreme lengths to track down the responsible party.
“Swift has pedigree and will oversee the team; he is a tenuous character to introduce just from the jump but Ian was perfect casting for that and it worked out great because any time you get to play tension is great,” Noah Mills, who stars as Jane’s second-in-command Jesse Boone, told HELLO!
Fans and some long-time followers of Ian’s were able to meet him in person for the first time. There was instant recognition between he and they, having been supporters for many years. Some of The 100 cast did a well-attended panel, and made those fans very happy for their reunion. So many fans were able to do photo ops and table selfies with our guy. Everyone looks as though they are having a very good time. We are thrilled to be able to share in the excitement and post some of the photos. View the album for more.
