This week’s episode has left of worried and, dare we say it, frightened for Avery’s own safety. After buying a gun, he tells Carla he’s gotten himself into “a bit of a fix” and is going to make it right. That scene on the phone with her was rife with love and resolve. This week was the winter finale, with a scheduled return date of January 4th, 2023. It will be interesting to see how our Avery cliffhanger situation will resolve.
